Allen Chang - CEO

 Allen is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Go Epic Solutions, where he provides staff oversight and fosters professional growth of team members.

Prior to founding Go Epic Solutions, Allen served as a Director at Markon Solutions for 2 years, overseeing a dynamic team of IT project managers and technical resources that supported a variety of client implementations.

Prior to Markon, Allen served as the Director of Human Resources at integrateIT for 15 years where he dedicated his time working with team members to manage and optimize career goals and development. 

Allen's previous professional experience includes working as a Business Process Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin.

Allen earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is a certified Project Management Professional®.

Doug is the President of Go Epic Solutions. Prior to joining GES Doug was a Technical Director at Markon. He was responsible for cloud migrations of several customer applications, installed and configured Enterprise Portfolio Management Solutions, and developed a financial planning tool automate and improve the annual budgeting processes.

Doug graduated with a bachelor's degree from George Mason in Entrepreneurship in Information Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®; Certified Scrum Master (CSM)®; and holds a Security+ certification.

David is the Chief Operating Officer of Go Epic Solutions, where he leads day-to-day operations and corporate recruiting efforts.

David was the former Chief Executive Officer for integrateIT, where he was responsible for business development, corporate vision, and strategic growth. David managed all aspects of the company, to include corporate finance, corporate operations, recruiting, and bid and proposal efforts. David sold integrateIT to Markon Solutions in 2022, where he worked as a Senior Vice President until joining GES.  David's prior professional experience includes working as a financial analyst at KPMG and as a consultant with Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton.  

David graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in finance and business administration. He is a certified SPM Implementation Specialist (ServiceNow) and a Project Management Professional (PMP)®.

David sits on the board of the With Arms Wide Open Foundation, Yellow Ribbons United, and the Jason Beach Foundation. He is the host of the MyBizness podcast, where he has interviewed leaders within entertainment, business, and sports. His soccer team has captured five over-30 championships.
